




**Job Description:** * Install platforms for different business lines and corporate group websites. * Create support groups and provide clear, timely, and friendly responses to customers in order to resolve escalated operational issues. * Attend to customers and escalate cases with a timely response when issues cannot be resolved immediately. * Escalate any system anomalies to the supervisor and operations manager. * Analyze operational risks related to established area processes. * Resolve daily potential risks and operational problems, as well as perform the appropriate classification according to the established process.
