On this occasion, we are looking for an **HR Intern** who meets the following requirements: Profile: * Final-year student or recent graduate in Social Work, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate level knowledge of Office (preferred). * Minimum 3 months of experience in social welfare, personnel administration, and/or recruitment activities. * Basic knowledge of design tools. Responsibilities: * Manage requests for opening, enrollment, and cancellation of labor insurance (SCTR, EPS, Vida Ley, etc). * Keep track of medical leaves and/or subsidies generated by staff. * Assist in onboarding new employees. * Provide support in personnel administration processes. * Support in the employee selection process. * Other duties related to the area.
