Currently, we are looking for part-time Customer Service staff: Requirements: · Be at least 18 years old. · Currently pursuing technical or university studies. · Minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in customer service and sales in department stores, restaurants, cafés, or similar fields. Responsibilities: · Provide fast, friendly, and personalized customer service, ensuring compliance with store service protocols and standards. · Serve products according to established recipes, presentations, and quality policies. · Offer product tastings to customers, dedicating sufficient time to personalize the experience and build rapport. · Promote cross-selling by recommending not only ice creams but also complementary products. · Process sales payments accurately using POS systems and cash handling, ensuring transaction precision.
