Take orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Ability to handle customer complaints. **Menu Knowledge:** Familiarity with the menu and ability to make recommendations. Ability to memorize the menu. **Service Efficiency:** Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service. Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized. **Payment Handling:** Handle payment transactions and discounts. Collaborate with cashier staff to ensure accurate accounting. **Requirements:** **Experience:** Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not essential. We are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. **Positive Attitude:** Friendly and positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Communication Skills:** Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
