




We are a leading company in metal-mechanical maintenance. As part of our operational expansion, we are currently seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant. Requirements: * Graduate or undergraduate student in Psychology and/or related fields * Minimum 3 months of experience in personnel selection and recruitment processes and/or similar positions * Intermediate Excel skills (desirable) Responsibilities: \- Support mass recruitment for various applicant services. \- Assist recruitment teams with administrative tasks. \- Evaluate and screen resumes according to job profiles required for the position. \- Conduct active breaks at workstations to reduce risks. \- Support the implementation of psychosocial risk assessments as requested by management. \- Assist in conducting performance evaluations. \- Support preparation of reports upon completion of services. \- Participate in assigned working teams, as well as perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
