We are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for the SAN BORJA area (near La Cultura train station). **SALARY: S/3200 Monthly** Requirements: * **3 years of certified experience as a cleaning supervisor** * Experience in supervising cleaning services. * Assertive communication, conflict management through dialogue * Bachelor's degree or technical degree in administration or related fields Main Responsibilities: * Daily monitoring of staff attendance (cleaning operators) and reporting service-related incidents to the client department. * Responsible for distributing supplies, tools, cleaning equipment, safety gear, and uniforms to workers. * Must have sufficient competence and authority to make decisions and resolve issues, while keeping relevant parties informed and coordinating effectively. * Verify and monitor the use of safety equipment such as safety shoes and other items required for each task.
