Responsibilities * Prepare the monthly payroll in compliance with current labor regulations, ensuring accurate payment based on reports submitted by department heads. * Review CTS, bonus, and profit-sharing payroll registers. * Register new employees in SUNAT and the Spring System, as well as process any corresponding monthly modifications. * Manage the creation of new employees’ payroll accounts. * Monitor vacation entitlements for all staff and enter applicable vacation periods into the system. * Execute proper employee termination procedures: receive resignation letters, verify outstanding deductions, and update the database. * Verify AFP affiliations monthly for new employees and quarterly for existing employees via the SBS website. * Maintain records of suspensions and paid/unpaid leave. 2. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. 3.
