




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Engineer to monitor and control field activities, provide operational support, and consolidate reports. Key Highlights: 1. Consolidation of operational reports and management indicators Profile Requirements To participate in this selection process, you must meet the following requirements: **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree and/or professional title (preferred) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields. **Specialization:** Diploma or Master's degree in Geotechnics. **General Experience:** Minimum 5 years of professional experience working exclusively in mining operations. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** Experience in mine operations, drilling and blasting (Drill \& Blast), and geotechnics. Advanced proficiency in geotechnical software and expertise in JKSimblast. Experience with instrumentation using Instantel seismographs and their respective application software. **Driver's License:** Valid driver's license with more than 3 years of validity is mandatory. Availability to work under a 10x10 schedule. ️ Functions and Responsibilities As a Junior Engineer, you will be a key contributor to field activity monitoring and control. Your main responsibilities will include: **Operational Support:** Providing direct and continuous support to construction and safety (HSE) supervisors during activities conducted in the pits. **Reporting and Consolidation:** Responsible for data collection and consolidation of operational reports and management indicators (daily, weekly, and monthly). **Control and Monitoring:** Conducting strict follow-up on commitments made by the department and ensuring adherence to the established work schedule.
