Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler with experience in preparing and reviewing technical files for building projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in building projects as a BIM Modeler. **PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITY** Grupo HERGON SA, a construction-sector company specializing in the execution of private and public projects under the Tax-for-Works (OxI) program, is seeking a key professional for the construction execution phase in APURIMAC. ***01 BIM MODELER – APURIMAC*** **REQUIRED PROFILE** ✅ Reside in Cusco or Apurimac. ✅ Professional Architect or Civil Engineer, Bachelor's degree holder or fully qualified. ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in developing building projects, serving as a Design and Documentation BIM Modeler for preparing Technical Files. ✅ Demonstrate at least one specific work experience instance, having served as: BIM Modeler responsible for development or modeling during preparation and/or review of final studies and/or technical files for educational centers, institutes, health posts, health centers, specialized medical centers, polyclinics, hospitals, clinics, universities, multifamily housing, offices, multifamily buildings and/or apartments, public institutions, banking entities, hotels, municipal palaces, penitentiary complexes, police stations, shopping centers, sports complexes, and stadiums. ✅ Hold a certification of no less than forty (40) instructional hours validating proficiency in the BIM methodology. ✅ Provide documentation verifying forty (40) instructional hours demonstrating proficiency in BIM tools for modeling, review, and/or information management (certificates, attendance records, diplomas, or other equivalent documents). **APPLICATION** Interested professionals must submit their documented CV to seleccion@hergonsa.pe with the subject line: BIM MODELER \- Apurimac Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Where do you live? * What is your salary expectation?
