We are looking for talented professionals to fill the position of: PROJECT MANAGER Requirements * Graduate and licensed in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering or related fields * Master's degree in Mining Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Project Management. * Minimum 8 years of experience in the mining sector and at least 5 years of specific experience leading projects. * Certification in Project Management, PMP - PMI * Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project). * Knowledge of integrated management systems (SAP). * Experience in engineering development, construction quality, cost control, planning, and risk management. Responsibilities * Lead and manage a program or portfolio of projects to ensure their safe completion within budget and agreed timelines. * Supervise the study, execution, and handover phases of projects to operations. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards and requirements. * Manage relationships with stakeholders (operations, corporate affairs, permits, finance, communities). * Proactively identify project risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation plans. * Optimize project value through optimization exercises at all stages, challenging paradigms and applying innovative methodologies.
