




**Prestigious industrial cement company, leader in its sector, belonging to a major business group with extensive experience and recognized prestige, in a permanent plan of operational expansion, business development, and projects.** **Main Functions**: Responsible for supporting, coordinating, evaluating, and controlling the operations of production processes, reporting and coordinating with the division manager on ongoing tasks and those assigned to production process operators, control room operators, machine supervisors, among others. The role involves: coordinating with the Maintenance department on required tasks, with the Chemical and Raw Materials departments on deviations in input and product quality, verifying measurement equipment and coordinating with the Instrumentation department on external calibrations of process control instruments and scales; likewise, conducting physical production checks and material and energy balances of the process, supervising operations and online equipment, ball classification and reloading in mills, as well as packaging quality for the product, equipment maintenance requests from the production division, preparing and evaluating reports on specific consumption of consumables in their function, evaluating specific consumption of balls, hammers, and plates in raw, cement, and coal mills, as well as refractories in kilns. It is their responsibility to generate statistics for performance indicators of their function, comply and ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations according to the company's internal regulations, and current standards and procedures. As responsible for personnel safety within their function, they must halt operations or tasks in situations of intolerable risk until the risk level is reduced. **Work Location**: Industrial plant located in Tarma, Junín. **Academic Background**: Licensed and registered professional in Chemical Engineering. **Specific Knowledge**: Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Safety, and Environment), process indicator management. Proficient in MS\-Office.
