We are currently looking for the best professionals for the position of: **SUPERVISOR TECNICO DE PLANTA/OPERACIONES \- PLANTA ACEROS AREQUIPA PISCO** * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Automation or related fields. * Three (3\) years of experience as a lead technician, specialist and/or supervisor, developed in industrial and/or mining companies, leading operation and/or maintenance activities in plant environments. * Knowledge in maintenance of industrial plant equipment, industrial plant operations, maintenance management (preparation of technical reports, work follow-up), among others. * Availability to work in Pisco under a 4X2 rotating shift schedule. * Residence in Pisco or nearby areas (accommodation not provided). **Benefits:** * Fixed-term contracts, renewable every 3 months. * Immediate payroll inclusion with all statutory benefits from the first day of work. * Monthly and timely payments. * Salary: S/ 3,000 \- 4,000 (depending on experience). * 50% lunch subsidy provided at the plant. * Transportation bus available.
