




Job Description: We are a technology services partner and are looking for a Field Support Technician to provide assistance with various brand computing devices and printers (Lexmark, Xerox, HP, Brother, among others). Work will be performed based on client demand under an independent service model (no formal employment contract). _______________________________ Main Responsibilities: For computing equipment (PCs and laptops): * Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance. * Install and configure operating systems (Windows, basic Linux). * Formatting, backup, data migration, and recovery. * Hardware assembly and upgrades. For printers (Lexmark, Xerox, HP, Brother, etc.): * Install, configure, and update drivers. * Preventive maintenance (cleaning, adjustments, consumables inspection). * Corrective maintenance (paper jams, printing issues, part replacements). * Network configuration (IP settings, print queues, shared printers). * Diagnose electronic and mechanical failures. * Inspect and report the status of assigned equipment. _______________________________ Requirements: * Technical degree in Computing, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in PC, laptop, and printer support. * Solid knowledge of hardware and software. * Proficiency with Windows operating systems (essential). * Basic networking knowledge (printer network connections). * Service-oriented attitude, proactive, and good communication skills. * Immediate availability to work in provincial locations (cases will be assigned in the city where the technician resides).
