




Job Description: We are a technology services partner and are looking for a Support Technician in the Provinces to provide assistance with various brand computing devices and printers (Lexmark, Xerox, HP, Brother, among others). Work will be based on client demand under an independent service model (no formal employment contract). \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Main Responsibilities: For computing equipment (PCs and laptops): * Diagnosis, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows, basic Linux). * Formatting, backup, data migration, and recovery. * Hardware assembly and upgrades. For printers (Lexmark, Xerox, HP, Brother, etc.): * Driver installation, configuration, and updates. * Preventive maintenance (cleaning, adjustments, consumables inspection). * Corrective maintenance (paper jams, printing issues, part replacement). * Network setup (IP configuration, print queues, shared printers). * Diagnosis of electronic and mechanical failures. * Inspection and reporting on assigned equipment status. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Requirements: * Technical degree in Computing, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting PCs, laptops, and printers. * Solid knowledge of hardware and software. * Proficiency with Windows operating systems (essential). * Basic networking knowledge (network printer setup). * Service-oriented attitude, proactive, and good communication skills. * Immediate availability to work in the Provinces (cases will be assigned in the technician's city of residence).
