Focus on safety, quality, and environmental management Consorcio JM SAC, a reputable and solid company in the diamond core drilling services market, is seeking top human talent to fill the Project Administrator position for Juliaca. · REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelor's degree in Administration and/or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. -Minimum 2 years of experience in the mining industry. -Knowledge of Tax Legislation, Labor Legislation, and SSOMA. -Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Availability to work under atypical employment terms in Juliaca. · RESPONSIBILITIES: -Implement and enforce safety plans and Quality Management System, aligned with safety, occupational health, and environmental programs. -Support the Resident Engineer in processing Work Permits (WP), High-Risk Work Permits (HRWP), and Safe Job Analysis (SJA). -Record or collect drill deviation data, process INDEX information (partial and total), submit it to the Resident Engineer, and store it in the cloud upon the Resident Engineer’s authorization. -Prepare drill deviation reports, including validation and interpretation. -Organize core sample photographs from various drill holes and process lithological structure analysis. -Support budget tracking for Operations and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). -Issue and submit to the Resident Engineer reports on light and heavy mobile equipment and vehicles used. -Support planning and control of Operations and Maintenance activities. -Monitor bit consumption and prepare daily reports, which must be submitted to the Resident Engineer. -Support the Resident Engineer in preparing non-conformance reports arising from client or internal Operations and Maintenance findings. -Identify and report non-conformances in Operations and Maintenance. -Promote and ensure compliance with Safety Management Systems: safe work guidelines, hazard protocol standards, and life-saving behaviors. -Collect data for developing operational indicators, man-hours, and maintenance metrics, and consolidate them accordingly. -Assist in daily processing of the SMCV Operational Status Report and Daily Drilling Report, both requiring validation by the Resident Engineer or Supervisor. -Assist in tracking operational components and accessories for maintenance purposes. -Support tracking of PQ, HQ, and NQ pipe quantity and quality per rig and warehouse stock. -Monitor daily diamond core drilling service reports to ensure timely delivery to internal and external clients. -Support control of the documentary procedure related to the service and drive it to completion. -Assist in daily processing of the SMCV Operational Status Report and Daily Drilling Report, both requiring validation by the Resident Engineer or Supervisor. -Assist in tracking operational components and accessories for maintenance purposes. -Support tracking of PQ, HQ, and NQ pipe quantity and quality per rig and warehouse stock.
