DESCRIPTION A leading institution in the mining sector is seeking a professional for the position of Educational Projects Coordinator with the following responsibilities: * Lead the implementation of social projects and programs in the education sector in direct and indirect influence areas. * Plan, implement, supervise, and control the complete cycle of educational projects and programs. * Supervise project and social program execution in the field to ensure quality and compliance. * Interact and maintain relationships with various beneficiaries: community leaders, authorities, students, teachers, and the general community. * Coordinate actions to improve education with state and private entities at all three levels of government, as well as with institutions in the sector. * Coordinate and manage work with operators, supervisors, and consultants responsible for the technical execution of educational projects. * Administer and control the efficient use of budgets assigned to the area. REQUIREMENTS * Professional degree in Education, Pedagogy, or related fields with specialization in pedagogy. * Minimum of 8 years of experience leading the implementation, administration, management, and supervision of education projects or programs under PMI or similar standards, preferably in extractive companies. * Experience in implementing social investment projects in partnership with community leaders, authorities, and local and regional governments in the education sector. * Experience in engagement and interaction with community leaders, community members, authorities, officials from local and regional governments, and young students. * Experience organizing and managing educational and sports events for students at early childhood, primary, secondary, and higher education levels. * Availability to work under a 5x2 schedule (Monday to Friday) in the southern part of the country
