DESCRIPTION A leading company in the mining sector is looking for a professional to fill the position of Supply Coordinator with the following responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and execute acquisition processes for goods and service contracts required by various departments. * Manage bidding and contracting processes in their different forms, evaluating partial or comprehensive alternatives according to complexity and urgency. * Develop and keep updated the annual procurement plan, as well as the supplier registry. * Administer contracts, purchase orders, and services, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Establish and maintain an efficient logistics system including inventory, warehousing, distribution, and goods control. * Supervise and manage general services, maintenance, and repair of facilities, assets, and vehicles. * Design and update policies and procedures that optimize efficiency and productivity in logistics and procurement management. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Master's degree / Specialization in procurement and supply management, Supply Chain Management. * Knowledge of accounting and tax aspects of non-governmental organizations is desirable. * Familiarity with SAP Ariba and document control software such as Aconex or similar. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement and logistics management. * Experience managing various types of goods and services contracting, supply tenders, and drafting and administering Contracts and/or Purchase Orders. * Intermediate level English proficiency.
