Ensure that during cement packaging and dispatch—across all its types (in any of its formats)—no cross-contamination occurs. Inspect, review, and monitor the proper operation of equipment in the bag-packing system, drum-loading system, and bulk-bag (big bag) packing system; take necessary corrective actions and report any malfunctions to the Packaging Supervisor. Operate and inspect equipment involved in cement silo discharge, cement transportation, cement bagging, cement bag palletizing, bulk-bag (big bag) packing system, and drum-loading system. Start up equipment via HMI interfaces and the Polcid system; verify and monitor correct operation of the traceability code printing system. Feed empty bags into the Noriamat machine; report and record equipment stoppages and failures, process deviations, or other anomalies to your immediate supervisor. Start up equipment for cement silo discharge, cement transportation, cement bagging, cement bag palletizing, bulk-bag (big bag) packing system, and drum-loading system—in coordination with the Packaging Supervisor. Operate forklifts to support production in the bulk-bag (big bag) packing system and/or other activities requiring this equipment. Requirements Completed technical studies in Maintenance Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity, or Mechatronics. 1+ years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of hydraulic systems. Experience with pneumatic systems. Experience in welding. Basic instrumentation and maintenance knowledge. Experience operating forklifts (desirable).
