




Job Summary: Supervises maintenance programs and technical services for heavy machinery equipment in mining, ensuring implementation of factory standards and identification of the client's business needs. Key Responsibilities: * Implement equipment maintenance programs according to factory standards. * Perform and/or participate in scheduling and planning of preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance services for equipment, in accordance with factory standards. * Supervise equipment maintenance work carried out by technical personnel assigned to the service contract, both in underground workshops and other locations where required. * If required, intervene in / perform specialized technical work on equipment. * Prepare technical reports on working conditions, failures, accidents, and warranty claims for equipment. * Participate in shift start-up and handover meetings held by the client with operations and services departments. * Identify the client's business needs based on contract management information. Requirements: * Engineer, licensed in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in maintenance management (desirable). * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising service contracts and performing mechanical or electrical maintenance on heavy machinery equipment (loaders, front-end loaders, jumbos) for underground and surface mining. * Knowledge of management, administration, and logistics systems (desirable). * Intermediate-level English (desirable). * Intermediate MS Office proficiency (mandatory). * Valid A2B driver's license (mandatory).
