Main Responsibilities: * Implement equipment maintenance programs according to factory standards. * Carry out and/or participate in scheduling and planning of preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance services for equipment, according to factory standards. * Supervise equipment maintenance work performed by technical personnel assigned to the service contract, both in underground workshops and other locations where required. * If required, intervene in or execute specialized technical work on equipment. * Prepare technical reports on working conditions, failures, accidents, and warranty claims for equipment. * Participate in shift start-up and handover meetings held by the client with operations and service departments. * Identify the client's commercial needs based on contract management information. Requirements: * Engineer, licensed in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Maintenance Management (desirable). * Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising service contracts and performing mechanical or electrical maintenance for heavy machinery equipment (loaders, front-end loaders, jumbos) used in underground and surface mining. * Knowledge of management, administration, and logistics systems (desirable). * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable). * Intermediate MS Office proficiency (mandatory). * Valid A2B driver’s license (mandatory).
