Responsibilities 1\. Plan project material requirements. 2\. Consolidate purchase requests from user departments. 3\. Execute procurement processes according to procedures. 4\. Evaluate and select suppliers. 5\. Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery time, quality). 6\. Manage purchase orders. 7\. Control material receipt at construction sites. 8\. Supervise proper material storage. 9\. Administer inventories (updated Kardex). 10\. Monitor stock levels (minimum/maximum). 11\. Ensure material traceability. 12\. Coordinate material dispatches to work fronts. 13\. Optimize supply lead times (Just-in-Time). 14\. Control logistics and transportation costs. 15\. Supervise proper use of equipment and tools. 16\. Control material losses, damages, and deterioration. 17\. Prepare logistics reports and key performance indicators (e.g., turnover, stockouts). 18\.
