Design and implement the strategic plan, operational plan, and social management plans 2\. Ensure robust processes and appropriate workflows for implementing necessary actions (operational, tactical, etc.) 3\. Identify and manage social risk scenarios 4\. Implement KPIs to ensure clear analysis of various social scenarios within the unit, establishing action plans aligned with identified risks 5\. Monitor the social climate, anticipate crisis situations, and issue early warnings to peer superintendencies and the Corporate Social Management Management 6\. Lead and participate in stakeholder engagement within communities in the operation’s social influence area 7\. Ensure compliance with commitments made to communities and populations 8\. Plan community engagement programs and strategies 9\. Propose and implement mutual cooperation programs with communities, organizations, and the Unit 10\. Be responsible for the area’s budget execution 11\. Ensure compliance with and dissemination of the organization’s integrated Quality SSMA and Q \- Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality policy 12\. Monitor and evaluate, jointly with HR Management, selection, training, and motivation processes for team members based on OHI research 13\. Other similar and/or job-related functions assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education**: Administration, Engineering, Law, Industrial Relations, Sociology, Communications, or related fields. **Academic Status:** Bachelor’s degree **Years of Experience:** 10 years **Required Qualifications:** Proficiency in social management tools: stakeholder mapping, perception analysis, social risk management analysis, etc. **Desired Qualifications:** Specialization in negotiation or conflict resolution is desirable.
