Job Opening – Mechanical Supervisor JJAE Corporation, a company specializing in industrial maintenance and services, is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor focused on technical management, operational supervision, and customer service, with the following profile: Required Profile: Technical professional with a degree in Maintenance Mechanics or related fields. University studies in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines, either ongoing or completed. Minimum three (3) years of experience supervising mechanical maintenance in industrial and/or mining environments. Solid knowledge of pump, gearbox, hydraulic, and pneumatic system maintenance. Knowledge of metrology and industrial electricity. Ability to prepare technical reports, track work progress, and ensure quality standards. Experience leading technical staff, scheduling resources, and coordinating with clients. Advanced-level Excel proficiency and SAP knowledge (preferred). Proactive, organized profile with the ability to work under pressure. Employment Conditions: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Labor regime: MYPE (Micro and Small Enterprise).
