Job Summary: Ensure technical assistance in blasting and lead Enaex product testing, guaranteeing contractual compliance and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in blasting and underground mining processes. 2. Design and simulation of blasts using specialized software. 3. Technical analysis to optimize power factor. Mission or Objective: Ensure field execution of technical assistance tasks related to the blasting process to fulfill the contract established with the client and lead the implementation of Enaex product blasting tests Responsibilities: * Verify blasting protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with safety guidelines. * Record inventory of consumables and raw materials and report requirements in coordination with the magazine administrator. * Perform design and simulation in specialized software, considering indicators to determine power factor. * Review priming, tie-in diagrams, detonator placement, charging, and stemming to ensure optimal blasting conditions. * Control explosive quality (density, fluffiness, etc.). * Conduct technical measurements (vibrations, VOD, fragmentation) using software and equipment such as microtrap, seismograph, high-speed camera. * Analyze and integrate technical information to generate a blast with optimal power factor. * Provide technical advisory to clients according to blasting protocols to ensure efficient execution. * Coordinate with the client the presentation of charge and tie-in design proposals**.** * Prepare consolidated reports (weekly, monthly, or as required). * Ensure implementation of the charge design submitted to the client in coordination with the blasting supervisor. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in blasting processes. * 3 years in this position. * Mining Engineering or related degree. * Design, planning, and execution of underground blasts. * Proficiency in design and simulation software: QED, JK SIM BLAST. * Cost analysis, mine-to-mill process analysis. * Vibration analysis and slope stability control. * Driver's license AIIb preferred. * Experience in underground mining
