Closely manage engineering throughout the various stages of the project under development, ensuring compliance with scope, cost, and contractual milestones established in the schedule, communicating and establishing solutions for any deviations from them. 2. Manage engineering development contractors, optimizing resources to deliver the project portfolio. 3. Control and supervise technical coordination of the project, as well as compliance with applicable technical specifications. 4. Ensure application of Peruvian National Standards and Repsol’s design, construction, and SCMA specifications during the design phase. 5. Coordinate engineering activities with both the Process Area and Construction, managing review of engineering deliverables; as well as supervising arrival of documentation, equipment, and materials at the warehouse, to ensure achievement of established objectives. 6. Participate in investment project proposals, developing their technical specifications and investment estimates in collaboration with the Process Area. 7. Guarantee that technical documentation associated with assigned projects is up-to-date and properly integrated into IT systems and document management. 8. Supervise the change management process. 9. Manage project capitalization and closure. 10. Manage authorization procedures, permits, and licenses required for project execution.
