Focus on safety, productivity, and quality We are currently recruiting a **Tunnel Support Assistant (Shoring)** for our client, a well-recognized mining contractor. We seek professionals with experience in underground mining, oriented toward compliance with safety, productivity, and quality standards in operations. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in shoring support activities in underground mining. * Knowledge of shoring installation, assembly, and securing. * Proficiency in using tools and equipment employed in mining support. * Familiarity with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations. * Availability to work under an atypical 14x7 schedule\. * Willingness to work at the El Brocal Mining Unit. **Responsibilities** * Perform shoring support tasks in underground operations. * Assist in assembling, erecting, and securing support structures. * Inspect working area conditions before, during, and after operations. * Comply with established safety procedures in mining operations. * Report unsafe conditions, deviations, or process failures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Coordinate with the work team to ensure proper execution of tasks. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration. * Benefits as stipulated by law. * Residence in areas adjacent to Pasco.
