Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with experience in food concession operations, responsible for preparing a variety of dishes and supporting food service operations. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing the daily menu 2. Preparation of various types of dishes 3. Support in food service and customer service PROFILE: Minimum 6 months of experience performing this role in food concession operations serving large numbers of diners. Completed secondary education certificate or technical studies. Immediate availability to work at Chacua Mine, Oyon – under shift-based regime. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the cook in preparing the day's menu. Participate in preliminary food preparation activities. Prepare all types of dishes (soups, appetizers, salads, side dishes, etc.). Support food service and customer service activities. Perform additional duties within their area of competence as assigned according to operational needs.
