Implementation of continuous improvements Objective Ensure efficient procurement, inventory control, and logistics chain optimization to guarantee continuity and efficiency in construction production. Responsibilities 1\. Plan project material requirements. 2\. Consolidate purchase requests from user departments. 3\. Execute procurement processes in accordance with procedures. 4\. Evaluate and select suppliers. 5\. Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery time, quality). 6\. Manage purchase orders. 7\. Control on-site material receipt. 8\. Supervise proper material storage. 9\. Administer inventories (updated Kardex). 10\. Monitor stock levels (minimum/maximum). 11\. Ensure material traceability. 12\. Coordinate material dispatches to work fronts. 13\. Optimize supply lead times (Just in Time). 14\. Control logistics and transportation costs. 15\. Supervise proper use of equipment and tools. 16\. Control material losses, damages, and deterioration. 17\. Prepare logistics reports and indicators (turnover, stockouts). 18\. Coordinate procurement with administration and production departments. 19\. Ensure compliance with internal and contractual regulations. 20\. Implement continuous improvements in the supply chain.
