




Job Summary: A professional who manages projects, coordinates teams, administers subcontractors, and ensures compliance with regulations, with a focus on photovoltaic systems. Key Highlights: 1. Risk analysis, change management, and project tracking until completion. **Job Responsibilities** * Develop and update high-level and low-level work schedules for the project team and management as appropriate. * Support logistics for materials being procured in ongoing projects. * Manage subcontractor relationships and report to the Project Manager any non-compliance with company safety and hygiene policies, any abnormal situations, and any deviations in construction progress. * Send updated weekly work schedules to contractors. Evaluate project progress and track contractor deliverables commitments. * Conduct project follow-up meetings. * Prepare weekly project progress reports. * Assess change requests and their impact on time, cost, and scope. Communicate required changes to the Project Manager and stakeholders, evaluate alternatives, approve changes or request approval from designated authorities, and track change implementation. * Analyze resource and task conflicts, risks, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. * Ensure compliance with Safety and Health regulations and policies for construction sites and adherence to project environmental requirements. * Process permits, authorizations, or other necessary procedures for project execution. * Track planned and unplanned requirements from internal and external clients. * Support submission of the project for bidirectional meter approval to the utility distributor. * Review projects during the closing phase. Support commissioning and project acceptance. Train end-users (clients) on photovoltaic systems. Prepare logistics and protocols for project initiation and closure. * Monitor and prepare project documentation for clients, users, and the engineering department. * Prepare activity reports and status reports on completed or ongoing tasks. * Support the Commercial Department. * Conduct and assist in technical site surveys and preparation of client proposals. * Update project proposals and develop project drawings. * Perform energy generation simulations and calculations for projects. * Any other duties related to this position as required by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** Advanced English Courses, Workshops * Project Management, Microsoft Office (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Certifications • N/A Work Experience: * 3 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, electrical installations, or photovoltaic systems. * Positions: Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Technician.
