Comprehensive project management in mining units, from planning to execution and delivery. 2\. Coordination and supervision of multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met. 3\. Development of schedules, budgets, and risk analysis to ensure efficient execution within established timelines. 4\. Close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring smooth and effective communication. 5\. Proactive identification of improvement opportunities in existing processes and systems within mining units. Requirements: 1\. University degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or similar). 2\. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the mining sector, with solid knowledge of mining operations and processes. 3\. Proficiency in project management tools (such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office. 4\.
