Key responsibilities include quality control, personnel coordination, and material management. Applicants must meet the following profile: * **Supervision and Control:** Monitor final processes (e.g., washing, ironing, packaging in textiles; or painting, cladding, finishing details in construction). * **Quality Control:** Verify measurements, seams, mechanisms, finishes, and technical specifications to prevent defects. * **Planning:** Organize area activities according to the production schedule or construction timeline. * **Personnel Management:** Lead the operational team to ensure efficiency and achievement of daily targets. * **Report Preparation:** Submit production closure reports or construction progress updates. * **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in similar positions. * **Education:** Degree holder and professionally licensed, with experience in finishing works. * **Competencies:** Proactivity, teamwork, responsibility, and ability to resolve on-site problems. * Relevant experience will be counted from the year of professional licensure.
