Coordinates with maintenance and addresses the customer's technical requirements. **Mission or Objective:** Lead, manage, and supervise resources efficiently to fulfill customer contracts and achieve internal goals established by Management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure allocation of equipment, personnel, raw materials, accessory stock, and high explosives in operations. * Ensure blasting process activities are carried out according to established procedures. * Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment availability for executing blasting programs. * Conduct weekly and monthly planning, information, and coordination meetings with supervision. * Develop and validate procedures to ensure operational quality and personnel safety. * Lead the work team to achieve goals and objectives. * Address customer requirements from an operational perspective to provide solutions within established timeframes. * Respond to technical inquiries regarding explosive technologies to provide solutions within established timeframes. * Lead weekly and monthly management reports presented to external and internal customers regarding operational indicators and results. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management within mining operations (preferred). * Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field; licensed and registered. * Diploma and/or specialization in mining. * Basic SAP proficiency. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
