Position Summary: We are seeking a technical Warehouse Clerk with experience in the construction industry to coordinate, supervise, and efficiently manage warehouse operations. Key Highlights: 1. Company **ACVO INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN SAC** is looking for a **WAREHOUSE CLERK** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician or graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse functions within the construction sector or similar. * Knowledge of warehouse management and optimization. * Familiarity with inventory management or Kardex systems. * Procedures for goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Physical capability to perform manual labor (loading and unloading goods). * Strong interpersonal and supplier management skills. * Knowledge of warehouse storage systems and material handling. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and validate purchase orders placed with suppliers, ensuring compliance with required specifications. * Supervise goods receipt, verifying conformity with agreed quantities, quality, and prices. * Supervise and coordinate storage activities, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of goods. * Organize, distribute, and codify warehouse tools and materials. * Update and process entries in records (tool loans, exit vouchers, PPE withdrawals). * Receive and verify supplier merchandise. * Conduct material receipt control. * Receive invoices and/or supporting documentation. * Report minimum stock levels to enable immediate replenishment. * Verify operational functionality of electric and manual tools prior to issuing them to operational staff. * Distribute materials assigned to each project.
