This is our way of developing mining—always adapting to change with committed, inspired, and continuously growing professionals. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#womenminingtalent** **Responsibilities and Attributes** * Evaluate, design, and execute projects aimed at improving productivity, supported by metallurgical research: technical and economic justifications. * Investigate and evaluate metallurgical operating parameters across different plant circuits. * Conduct flotation metallurgical tests: closed-circuit and batch. * Perform evaluations of new flotation reagents. * Carry out metallurgical mass balances for the various circuits of the concentrator plant. * Develop and manage the plant operation database. * Value concentrate production. * Manage costs at the concentrator plant. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering. * 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge in personnel management and standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001\. Desirable: * Proficiency in SAP and Office. * Experience in mass balance management, Molycop tools, XLSTAT, JKSIMMET. **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: Atacocha * Atypical work schedule: 14x7\.
