A mining company is seeking a **Shift Supervisor** with direct experience in **drilling and blasting**, to supervise field operations in conventional underground mining. **Position Objective:** * Supervise the contractor’s drilling and blasting activities on-site, monitor progress and production stopes, and ensure safe working conditions in mining operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Directly supervise drilling and blasting operations; monitor the contractor’s progress and production stopes. * Supervise loading, hauling, mucking, and ore transportation; implement and enforce the operational safety plan. * Conduct on-site safety inspections; train personnel on ATS and IPERC. * Record and investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions. * Supervise order and cleanliness in work areas. **Requirements** * Experience supervising drilling and blasting in conventional underground mining. * Experience in loading and hauling. * Experience implementing SSOMA in mining operations. * Field-level proficiency in ATS and IPERC. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule.
