Mechanical Engineer, graduated in automotive mechanics, electrical engineering, or automotive mechatronics\- Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry. Problem-solving ability.\- Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment.\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.\- Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one weekly day off.\- Residency in areas adjacent to the work district.\- Loyal and responsible individuals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\- Conduct visual inspections and vehicle checks to ensure proper operational condition.\- Accurately diagnose production line equipment.\- Execute work orders generated by planning and supervision.\- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles requiring such services.\- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and report them to the engineer or administrator.\- Ensure compliance with workplace quality and safety standards.\- Maintain a positive work environment.
