Job Summary: Supervises personnel, prepares reports, manages the operation of solar projects, and ensures workplace safety and compliance with internal procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and monitors work teams on solar energy projects. 2. Prepares management reports and ensures compliance with procedures. 3. Promotes workplace safety and trains new employees. * Supervise and monitor gardening staff, technicians, substation operators, and warehouse personnel. * Review daily completion of planned activities. * Generate project site visit reports. * Monitor and follow up on proper implementation of access control and security policies, inventory control, and internal procedures. * Prepare and submit weekly and monthly work plan compliance reports. * Monitor and follow up on timely submission of power generation reports. * Receive visitors and explain project operations. * Assist the O&M Manager in commercial metering data download, report preparation, and submission for approval. * Remotely monitor and verify power generation for projects under operation and maintenance contracts. * Initiate procurement requests and track execution until completion. * Assist the O&M Manager in the operation and maintenance of Monte Plata Solar and other completed projects. * Create and update documents (procedures, manuals, forms, technical specifications, contracting letters, quotations, etc.) to ensure the operation and maintenance of Monte Plata Solar. * Conduct plant tours for newly hired employees, explaining the project, its components and nominal values, coexistence rules, etc. * Provide newly hired employees with applicable procedures according to their assigned tasks. * Deliver workplace safety briefings to all Monte Plata Solar employees. * Monitor that all Monte Plata Solar employees have appropriate personal protective equipment.
