Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Resident Engineer for a project in the final stage of execution, with experience in building construction and immediate availability. Key Highlights: 1. Project in the final stage of execution 2. Resident Engineer, Site Supervisor, or Construction Inspector position 3. 100% on-site work at the construction site **RESIDENT ENGINEER REQUIRED – CERRO DE PASCO** We are currently seeking a CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT ENGINEER for a project in the final stage of execution, currently with physical progress exceeding 90%, pending execution of additional works. Estimated contract duration: approximately 7 months, minimum 5 months. Immediate hiring. **\* MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** · Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. · Post-licensure experience **NOT LESS THAN FORTY-SEVEN (47\) MONTHS.** \* **EXPERIENCE AS:** \- Construction Resident Engineer and/or \- Site Supervisor and/or \- Construction Inspector. \* **SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS SUCH AS:** o Land transportation terminals o Educational institutions / schools o Municipal palace pavilions o Coliseums o Galleries o Sports centers o Youth palaces o Stadium stands **IMPORTANT:** **ONLY SUBMIT CVs FROM CANDIDATES WHO STRICTLY MEET THE FOLLOWING:** \* **THE MINIMUM 47 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE.** \* **EXPERIENCE IN THE SPECIFIC PROJECTS LISTED ABOVE.** **CVs THAT DO NOT MEET BOTH REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.** **CONDITIONS:** · 100% on-site work at the construction site. · No atypical employment regime. · Preference given to professionals from Cerro de Pasco, nearby areas, or those with permanent availability at the construction site. · Formal employment with all statutory benefits. · Immediate hiring.
