**MVC**, a leader in **Integrated Mining Solutions (Underground Mine)**, is currently seeking **05** **UTILITY OPERATORS**:
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed secondary education or technical training in heavy equipment operation
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telehandler, Manitou, or Utility operator
* Minimum 2 years of experience in underground mining
* Valid A1 driver's license.
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
***Main Responsibilities:***
* Perform work at heights and/or material transportation according to instructions from the technical supervisor and shift foreman.
* Inspect the equipment and work area, checking mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components, and complete the Check List.
* Properly complete required management tools prior to commencing tasks assigned by immediate supervisors.
* Systematically coordinate with immediate supervisor to conduct height-related work following PETAR implementation.
* All movements must be guided by personnel performing work at heights.
* Ensure communication equipment is available and used by both the operator and personnel performing work at heights.
* Block the work area when the personnel basket is elevated.
* Comply with internal traffic regulations for underground operations; daily record inspections of the assigned unit and internal regulations.
* Be familiar with the established work schedule for the shift, as well as route conditions for equipment transportation.
* Inspect the work area for rock fall hazards and ventilation prior to commencing loading, per established safety procedures.
* Comply with internal traffic regulations for both underground and surface operations.
* Park and secure the equipment upon completion of work, following company-established procedures.
* Report operational incidents and equipment issues to the supervisor, per company-established procedures.
* Do not operate equipment without valid authorization.
***Specific Responsibilities:***
* Comply with current legal regulations, as well as company procedures, directives, and other stipulations.
* Report to the pumping station with your relief guard (Hot Shift Change).
* Continuously verify proper pump operation.
* Coordinate various tasks with the service-requesting company, such as advancing or withdrawing the pump according to the water flow rate being pumped.
* Correctly apply IPERC and report anomalies to supervision.
* Properly implement and comply with PETS for assigned tasks.
