Our client, a gaming and entertainment venue, is looking for a Hostess / Customer Service representative with valid ID and/or residency permit between the ages of 18 and 30 to join their team. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum requirement: completed secondary education. · Minimum of 6 months of experience. · Previous experience in customer service in similar positions ***(DESIRABLE).*** · Good previous references with updated mobile phone numbers. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Attend to customers' needs (answer questions, offer snacks and drinks) · Participate in cleaning the work area together with other staff. · Participate in decorating the venue along with other team members. · Attend training sessions and talks about customer service. · Perform other minor duties. **YOUR SKILLS and/or PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:** · Charisma – Empathy – Kindness. · Teamwork. · Professional discretion and ethics. · Excellent attitude and initiative. · Honesty, commitment, and responsibility. **WE OFFER:** · Salary: S/ 1,400 · All legal benefits. **Type of contract:** One-year contract (with possibility of renewal), formal employment with full benefits (1 month of vacation per year, one full salary as bonus in July and December), CTS, and EsSalud health insurance. **LOCATION**: Oxapampa, Pasco. **SCHEDULE:** Rotating shifts from 9\.00 am to 6\.30 pm and 5\.00 pm to 1\.00 am.
