Key Highlights: 1. First-level operational support in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS and Kubernetes) 2. Incident and request management with heavy use of CLI and commands 3. Practical experience in Azure, AWS and Kubernetes at N1 level **Role Objective:** Provide first-level operational support in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS and Kubernetes), ensuring service continuity and stability through direct execution of technical operations, incident and request management via the help desk, heavy use of CLI and commands, and proper escalation to N2/N3 levels when required. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience in IT operations, technical support or help desks, including at least 1 year directly operating Cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS). * Practical knowledge of Azure and AWS, with preference for CLI usage (Azure CLI / AWS CLI) over the web console. * Operational experience in Kubernetes (N1 level): command execution, failure identification, and understanding of deployments and services. * Basic cloud networking knowledge: DNS, IPs, load balancers, VNets/VPCs, and security (NSG / Security Groups). * Experience with ITSM tools (CA Service Desk, ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management) and SLA management. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and administer Azure, AWS and Kubernetes environments at N1 level, executing corrective actions via CLI and commands—not just monitoring. * Manage incidents, requests and changes from the help desk: registration, initial analysis, categorization, tracking and closure. * Execute commands in Kubernetes clusters for pod, service and deployment diagnostics, escalating appropriately to N2/N3 when necessary. * Perform operational validations on high availability, resilience and cloud service status (VMs, App Services, Storage, EC2, RDS, etc.). * Clearly document incidents, actions taken and lessons learned, maintaining effective communication with users and technical teams. **Working Conditions:** * Hybrid work model (2 days per week onsite in San Isidro). * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (rotating schedule). * Renewable contracts. * Full payroll with all statutory benefits. * Health insurance (EPS) covered from day one.
