**INTERNATIONAL TRADE ANALYST** We are seeking an International Trade Analyst with experience in trade processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Negotiate with international suppliers to secure better prices, quality, and delivery times. * Prepare overseas purchase orders and update import tracking dashboards. * Monitor imports and, where applicable, domestic purchases. * Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and port operators. * Administer and track international trade documentation. * Prepare and manage documentation required for exports and imports (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, insurance policies, certificates, etc.). * Support internal audits and controls related to international trade. * Maintain up-to-date international operations database. * Analyze and consolidate procurement data for internal and external clients. * Manage the procurement database, including quotations and proposals. * Perform tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. * Plan, select, and procure goods according to company needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Completion of courses or specialized training in International Trade/Import Operations to complement professional experience. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, logistics, industry, and specifically in import and procurement functions. * Intermediate level English proficiency. * Technical knowledge of customs legislation, Incoterms, supplier negotiation, and evaluation. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Willingness to work in Ate. **Work Schedule and Modality:** * On-site * Monday to Saturday If you meet the above profile, please send your documented CV to cizaguirre@convertidoradelpacifico.com or via WhatsApp at 994196450, with subject line “INTERNATIONAL TRADE ANALYST”, including your salary expectations.
