




Job Description: We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and organized assistant to support the Logistics Department. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in logistics operations control, order tracking, and document management. ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Support shipment and delivery tracking according to projects. * Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure deadline compliance. * Record incoming and outgoing movements of materials or equipment used for projects and other requirements from the Operations Department. * Assist in preparing shipping guides. * Inventory / Kardex * Support administrative tasks within the department (filing, document control, database updates, among others). * Conduct field purchases. * Identify suppliers. * Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Knowledge of electromechanical equipment and materials ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * University or technical graduate (final cycles) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of logistics management. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Office tools. ***COMPETENCIES:*** * Organization. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Teamwork ability. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. ***BENEFITS:*** * Learning opportunities. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Comprehensive benefits: Career Path ***WE OFFER:*** * Fee-based remuneration (paid biweekly and at month-end). * Development and acquisition of extensive experience across various industrial electromechanical plants and systems. ***SCHEDULE:*** Monday to Friday, **9:00 am \- 6:00 pm** Saturdays, **9:00 am to 3:00 pm**.
