Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage purchase and service orders, ensure operational continuity, and optimize logistics and procurement processes. Identifies opportunities for improvement in logistics and procurement processes. **LOGISTICS COORDINATOR** DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Operations **REQUIREMENTS** * Academic background in International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of and experience with local procurement and import processes. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Advanced English (spoken and written). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manages purchase orders and tracks suppliers until final delivery. * Coordinates and provides end-to-end follow-up on service orders, including scheduling, execution, and closure. * Verifies stock availability and anticipates replenishment needs to ensure operational continuity. * Coordinates local procurement and import processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and cost targets. * Monitors delivery timelines, costs, and service quality provided by suppliers. * Coordinates with warehouse, transportation, and involved internal departments. * Prepares logistics management reports related to purchases, services, timelines, incidents, and costs. * Identifies opportunities for improvement in logistics and procurement processes.
