




POSITION PURPOSE: As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the scheduling and planning of all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to be performed on the equipment fleet under the Menor Sites contract (\< 10 units). To achieve this, you must ensure that the scope of activities, plans, tools, and required resources are clearly defined, documented, and coordinated with the contract manager and client well in advance of the work to be carried out. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for the assigned fleet according to Sandvik factory standards. * Develop and document specific procedures, programs, and controls for the fleet under responsibility. * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling of maintenance and repair tasks to be executed on equipment under Sandvik's responsibility. * Plan and coordinate resources (parts, equipment, tools, and personnel) for the execution of maintenance plans. * Ensure the execution of maintenance plans. * Coordinate with various departments (Sandvik and Client) for proper implementation of plans and strategic decision-making. * Monitor and record deviations from scheduled maintenance plans to provide feedback to operational teams. * Project the useful life of fleet components, record replacement intervals, and schedule future replacements or repairs. * Manage control and analysis of reports resulting from maintenance management, as well as management and operations reports. * Be responsible for the maintenance program of equipment assigned to the contract, including monitoring program execution, distribution, and resource control. * Continuously improve and update the maintenance plan. * Be responsible for maintaining the history and maintenance records of each piece of equipment. * Prepare and maintain the equipment inventory, update it, and communicate any structural changes. * Measure the efficiency of the maintenance system using world-class key performance indicators (KPIs). * Manage and record spare parts consumption and inform the site resident or client so they can initiate purchase requests aligned with the established maintenance program. * Prepare maintenance budgets for the fleet under responsibility. * Maintain accurate records using a computerized maintenance management system. * Maintain direct communication with supervisors and/or the site resident to schedule maintenance tasks. * Provide administrative support to the resident when required. * Treat each maintenance plan as a potential future sale opportunity from the client. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:* Bachelor’s degree or technical graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with extension courses in Maintenance Management and/or Maintenance Planning (mandatory). * Training in trackless equipment or maintenance and asset management (desirable). * 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles within mining operations. * English: Intermediate level (desirable). * Valid driver's license (category AII or AI), if required to operate service vehicles assigned to the role (desirable).
