Job Summary: Perform support operations for underground loading and blasting, following instructions and safety procedures to ensure proper service functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in underground loading and blasting operations. 2. Active collaboration in preparing and ensuring safety at the worksite. 3. Maintaining smooth communication to ensure continuity of operations. **Mission or Objective:** * Perform required support operations in the underground loading and blasting process, following supervisor instructions and strictly adhering to safety procedures to ensure proper service functionality. * Execute work instructions within the timeframes established by the supervisor. * Support preparation of the area and equipment for loading operations. * Carry out operational task sequences without delaying service continuity. * Assist in preparing accessories and loading explosives, complying with established procedures. * Complete and submit daily operation reports according to internal procedures. * Collaborate in activities that ensure order, safety, and cleanliness at the worksite. * Immediately report to the supervisor any situation that may affect operation quality or safety. * Maintain smooth communication with peers and shift supervision to ensure continuity of operations. Requirements: * Preferably 1 year of experience in underground mining operations (preferably in drilling and/or loading). * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work under mining shift regime.
