Job Summary: We are seeking a Fiber Optic Installation Supervisor to ensure optimal installation, configuration, and operation, overseeing subcontractors and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise fiber optic installations and ensure quality standards. 2. Train personnel on safety procedures and regulations. 3. Carry out corrective actions and ensure proper use of tools. Job Description: We are looking for a Fiber Optic Installation Technical Supervisor for the Pasco and Chaupimarca regions. Job Mission: Ensure correct installation, configuration, and operation of fiber optic services at customer residences and offices, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and satisfaction. Supervise and monitor subcontractor fieldwork, ensuring compliance with established technical and administrative procedures for effective installation completion. **Responsibilities:** Supervise installation activities performed by the company's direct workers, ensuring adherence to established standards: * Meet agreed installation deadlines. * Ensure installation quality (100% acceptance, functional testing, cleanliness, correct materials, proper cabling, etc.). * Comply with information requirements from the operator and the Control Tower. * \- Train direct and indirect personnel on correct procedures, manuals, and practices for the entire installation process for operators with which the company holds contracts.\- Implement corrective actions for direct or indirect personnel upon detection of poor practices affecting service installation quality and timelines. * \- Ensure installation personnel (direct and indirect) correctly use applications and tools. * \- Train personnel on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), conduct safety inspections for direct and indirect personnel, ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and proper use of PPEs, and implement corrective measures for poor practices. * \- Maintain up-to-date safety forms established by the company's SSOMA department. * \- Report to the Installation Manager any fraudulent activity or actions endangering life by direct or indirect personnel. * \- Prepare periodic performance reports for direct and indirect personnel. **Requirements:** * \- Technical professional in Industrial, Electronic, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering or related fields. (Preferred) * \- 6 months of experience as a Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Installation Supervisor at telecommunications operators; 2 years as an FTTH technician installer. * \- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. * \- Manual dexterity with assigned equipment and tools. * \- Valid Class A1 driver's license (Mandatory) * \- Willingness to travel or relocate to provincial areas. **Qualifications** * Minimum education: Technical degree * 1 year of experience * Knowledge: Communication and persuasion, Problem solving, Customer service, Teamwork, Microsoft Office * Willingness to travel: Yes Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment \- Chaupimarca \- Pasco Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience with FTTH/HFC? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have difficulty working under pressure? * Do you have experience managing personnel? * Are you available to start immediately?
