HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR \- CERRO DE PASCO Job Description: We are a construction company seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our project located in CP. Uchumarca, Yanahuanca District, Daniel Alcides Carrión Province, Pasco Department. This person will be responsible for leading various initiatives within the company's Human Resources department. Job Responsibilities: 1\. Register personnel entries, modifications, or exits in T\-Registro. 2\. Manage AFP affiliation upon employee request. 3\. Manage SCTR and Life Insurance (Ley) affiliation. 4\. Manage workers' payroll account and CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) affiliation. 5\. Monitor and review attendance records for all staff and construction workers. 6\. Reconcile attendance records against received time sheets and calculate the following payrolls: Civil Construction Payroll (Operators, Skilled Workers, and Laborers) General Regime Payroll (Administrative and Technical Staff) Honorarium Payroll (Service Providers) 7\. Coordinate with the direct supervisor, Site Administrator, to validate correct payroll calculations. 8\. Coordinate with the Human Resources department for approval (V° B°) and forward the payroll to Treasury for payment scheduling. 9\. Generate monthly payslips for subsequent distribution to staff and construction workers (signature and fingerprint). 10\. Consolidate all monthly payrolls for calculating taxes such as ESSALUD, ONP, CONAFOVICER, Fifth Category Income Tax, and AFP. 11\. Complete PDT 601 PLAME form and submit the BACKUP to the Accounting department for verification and filing. 12\. Collaborate with department managers and leaders to identify and address HR-related issues. 13\. Ensure maintenance of required employee records and full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR management. 14\. Manage and maintain the company’s Human Resources policies. 15\. Coordinate closely with the Occupational Health and Safety Specialist. 16\. Perform other HR-related tasks as needed. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field. \- 3\-5 years of experience in Human Resources roles. \- Experience preparing Civil Construction Regime payroll. \- Experience leading teams and developing HR policies and processes. \- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. \- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. \- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations. \- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results with attention to detail.
