We currently require the hiring of 01 Baker and Pastry Chef for Lima. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum certified experience of 06 months as a baker/pastry chef in bakeries or pastry shops. * Availability to work under atypical working arrangements. * Residence in Pasco, Huánuco, Huancayo, La Oroya, and neighboring areas. **FUNCTIONS:** * Prepare all types of cakes, doughs, pastries, and bases for requested products. * Distribute desserts onto plates or dessert bowls according to the plan. * Coordinate with the Chef for the preparation of daily desserts. * Maintain and verify that equipment, machinery, utensils, and tools used in pastry-making and in the work area are clean, disinfected, and operational. * Participate in developing the pastry/bakery product proposal and prepare merchandise orders and/or requisitions. * Other functions required by the Chef. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Salary above market average. * 100% company-covered meals and accommodation. * Full Workers’ Compensation Insurance (SCTR) and Statutory Life Insurance. * Opportunity for career growth within the organization.
