




Position Summary: Provide technical-operational support for underground blasting, ensuring proper procedure execution, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of blasting operations and technical reporting. 2. Inspection and feedback for continuous improvement. 3. Collaboration in resolving operational technical issues. Mission or Objective: Provide technical-operational support for the preparation, handling, and application of blasting products in underground mining, ensuring correct execution of established procedures, compliance with safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Coordinate all activities related to tasks to be performed in the blasting zone. * Report blasting operation results to the technical support team via formal reports. * Inspect blasting activities before, during, and after execution to ensure compliance with established requirements. * Correctly apply technical procedures for rock blasting operations. * Conduct field quality inspections of work activities and provide timely feedback to the technical support team. * Address requirements from operations supervisors and Enaex field team members. * Collaborate in resolving operational technical issues arising during rock blasting activities. * Collect customer observations regarding products and/or services and channel them to superiors. * Maintain smooth communication with peers and shift supervisors to ensure continuity of operations. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in underground mining operations. * Technical degree in Mining, Drilling and Blasting, or related fields. * Knowledge of underground blasting procedures, drilling and loading equipment. * National regulations on explosives and blasting accessories. * Familiarity with basic instruments of electronic initiation systems (Desirable). * Knowledge of blasting instrumentation (Desirable). * Basic proficiency in MS Office software. * Driver’s license A-IIB (Desirable). * Availability to work under mining shift regime.
